Rocket Spanish Community

Can a non RS student join this forum? I have a pen pal in mexico who is a language specialist and works for the Univ. of Mexico. Can she join this forum without purchasing the RS course, since she obviously does not need it. She would be a great resource to this forum. She is fluent in both spanish and english.
