lesson 3.3 traer/bring

Postby DebJay » Mon Oct 19, 2009 9:11 pm

In lesson 3.3 they talk about bringing raincoats and umbrellas to the beach. I've noticed that it is an american habit to (incorrectly ) say bring instead of take. Usually, english speaking people say "bring it here" and "take it there". This being the case, would it be preferable to say llevar or tomar or anything else instead of traer?
